Return and refund policy

How to return

When you are eligible for return, you can make a return request. Please go to the return application page to apply. We will check whether you are eligible for return. If you meet the eligibility for return, you will enter the refund process.

Eligibility for return

The serial number product must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return

• Submit a return request within 7 days of purchasing the serial number
• The serial number must be in a state where no equipment is enabled
• Each product of each account only provides 1 return times
• No violation of other terms of service and policies

Refund

When you are eligible for a return, we will assist you with a refund within 3~7 working days. The actual refund arrival time will vary depending on the payment method you choose. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, contact us and we will assist you in processing.
